Limited driving privileges are granted at the discretion of the court which means they are not always granted.
The court may grant limited driving privileges if there is reasonable cause to believe that the suspension will seriously affect your ability to continue in the below options. Below you will need to explain why having your license suspended is an issue for the options that you choose.
If the court finds it appropriate to grant you limited driving privileges during the time of your suspension you will at a minimum be required to comply with the following:
1. When traveling to and from the places listed on your permit you MUST take a direct route, and you are not permitted to stop for any purpose (store. etc.) other than stopping to get gas when en route to one of the places privileges has been granted for.
2. No passengers are permitted in the car ehile you are driving other than a parent. Unless otherwise specified by the court.
3. You must strictly comply with ALL traffic laws (traffic,criminal, no phone usage while driving, curfew, etc.)
5. You must maintain automobile liability insurance the entire suspension.
Certain documentaion is needed for each selection you are wanting driving privileges for. You will be prompted at the end of the form to upload any and all proofs needed for considertation of the limited driving privileges you are requesting.
